5 Methods to put an em dash in Word
In most cases, the need to enter a dash in the text arises in this text editor. We bring to your attention 5 Methods to choose from. Moreover, these techniques are equally relevant for Word 2007, 2010, 2013, 2020.
The first Method
One of the easiest Methods to write an em dash is with keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys).

Fourth Method
- Users who are not friendly with codes can use an insert.
- At the top of Word or in Word Online, click the Insert tab.
